With her unique combination of certifications as a yoga teacher and as a working occupational therapist, with a special focus on neurology and orthopaedics, she has a wealth of experience helping clients recover from complex injuries and get back to their normal lives.

Daniela is an expert in alignment guides , modifications for injuries & limitations, misalignments, adaptation, posture correction, functional and applied anatomy. She has a talent for breaking down complex anatomy concepts and presenting them in a clear and easy-to-understand manner, making them applicable to your practice.

 

She seamlessly integrates the principles of anatomy and movement into her yoga instruction, providing students with a deeper understanding of how the body works in yoga postures. Her approach to teaching is both holistic and practical, and her classes will not only improve your alignment and prevent injury, but also deepen your understanding of the mind-body connection.

Meet Ashley, a skilled, experienced, and certified yoga teacher trainer who has dedicated 13 years of her life to the practice of yoga and dance. As a former competitive dancer, she understands the importance of proper alignment to prevent injuries and safely stretch and strengthen the body. Her keen eye for alignment ensures her students are practicing safely and effectively.

 

Her areas of expertise include alignment, modifications, and variations for poses to make them adaptable for all levels of practitioners. She is also a specialist in Vinyasa and vinyasa transitions, helping students flow in and out of poses safely and effectively. Her vinyasa transitions and cueing will help students to flow seamlessly in their practice, creating a meditative and energizing experience.

Raene's yin classes focus on long holds and deep stretches, promoting flexibility and stress reduction. Born and raised in India, birthplace of yoga, Das is trained in the authentic Himalayan yogic tradition and possesses a deep understanding of ancient yogic texts including the Bhagavad Gita, Patanjali Yoga Sutras, and Hatha Yoga Pradipika.

 

Das's passion for yoga philosophy is evident in his teachings, where he simplifies complex principles and helps his students to apply them practically in their daily lives, yoga practice, and teaching. He focuses on contemplation and self-discovery to guide students towards finding the answers within themselves.

Through her studies of Ayurveda, she discovered the importance of living in harmony with nature and the elements, and this understanding now informs her approach to teaching. As an expert in classical Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Ayurvedic Yoga, and Yoga Nidra, Nelly has led classes in various retreats, workshops, and yoga festivals around the world.

With extensive training and experience in guiding Yoga Nidra sessions, she is able to offer her students a traditional and deeply relaxing and healing form of meditation. Nelly is also certified as an Ayurvedic Yoga Specialist. She also provides special lessons specifically designed for women's health as per Ayurveda.

She is able to adapt her classes to the natural cycles of nature, following the changes of weather, season, time of day and stages of the moon, etc as per the knowledge of Ayurveda. She is also experienced and certified in providing Reiki, Ayurvedic and Thai massage, making her a well-rounded and holistic practitioner.
